Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For domestic orders we only offer 2 options in order to insure fast and safe delivery. We have found that limiting our shipping options to only the top tier services provided by these couriers makes for a smoother and quicker delivery experience.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries around the world!

For international orders we only use UPS Worldwide Express. We have found this courier option to be the most reliable at the best price. International shipping times are estimated to be 3-7 business days no matter where you are located.

Canada - $30.00

European Union based countries - $37.00

Everywhere else - $43.00

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Never Normal Customs is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at nevernormalcustoms@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
